Art & Cultural Events List

Hello.  Somerville artists and organizations only a long week until the LCC grant applications are due on Oct. 16^th.  

As you know the Somerville Arts Council distributes approximately $50,000 each year in local cultural council grants to the community.    This year is no different.  

If you have an idea for a high school art residency, a public art project, or simply want a fellowship to support your own work, an LCC grant is the answer.    Projects can apply up to $3,000 and fellowships up to $2,000.    The application is simple—around 10 questions, a straightforward budget, and a request for support material you should already be in possession.
