A Celebration of Spring and Earth Day with Song and Flower Essences and Drum
Workshop Description: Join us as we welcome Spring and Earth Day with music and flower essences specific to the renewal and rebirth of the spring season!
Date & Time: This is a one-time session on Sunday, April 23, from 2:00 to 3:30 pm.
Price: $25 including a flower essence of your choice!

Skillshare: All About Astrology
Skillshare Description: Come join us to learn how to create and begin to understand your astrology chart. We will explore briefly planets, signs, houses and the archetypes associated with them.

A Beltane Special: Mayday! How to Tell a Grownup Folktale
Workshop Description: Bring your tale, and we'll have a good time deconstructing it, and then putting it back together - just in time for you to share it at the Beltane Adult Folktale Telling in the Armory Cafe!
Date & Time: This is a one-time session on Sunday, April 30, from 4:30 to 6:00 pm.
Price: Sliding scale between $5 and $20

Violin Series
Class Description: Geared toward adult beginners, this class will cover the basics of violin playing.
Dates & Time: This is a four-week class, on Sundays from April 30 to May 28 (excluding May 21), from 7 to 8:30 pm.
Price: The price will be $30 per class which is equivalent to $120 for the who series.

Astrological Herbalism
Workshop Description: You will learn how each planet manifests its influence in your life, and how to enhance or tone down each effect to optimize and balance your life.
Date & Time: This is a one-time session on Wednesday, May 10, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.

A Mother/Caregiver Day Special: The Gist of Rose: Relaxant, Upliftment, Astringent, Fulfillment
Workshop Description: This class is not limited to aromatherapy and beauty products. We will make an elixir or glycerine as well as talk about using it as food and get some tips on blending it into teas. Although we will be making things it will be an information rich class as well.
Date & Time: This is a one-time session on Sunday, May 14, from 2:00 to 3:30 pm.
Price: $20 per participant and a $12 material fee should be paid to the instructor at the beginning of the session.

Workshop Description: Join us for a monthly exploration into the corresponding the Astrological sign Taurus, the ruling planet and the major themes for the month.

Workshop Description: This class will address simple teas you can make at home and we'll discuss herbs you can find at the grocery stores to improve your digestion such as thyme, cinnamon and more...

Self-Love Boxes
Workshop Description: Participants will be guided through a meditation then prompted to decorate a "self-love box" using various materials.

Astrological Storytelling
Workshop Description: Join us for a four-class deep dive series into understanding your personal astrology chart. Each week we will go deeper into your chart, starting first with planets and signs and what they mean.
Date & Time: This is a four-week class, on Mondays in June from June 5 to June 26, from 7 to 9 pm.
Price: $120 per participant for the whole series.

The Healing Power of Crystals & Stones
Workshop Description: Join us for a three-class series on using crystals and stones to heal your body, mind, and spirit.
Date & Time: This is a three-week class, on Mondays, in July, from July 10th to July 24th, from 7 to 8:30 pm.

Know a teenager interested in art?
Youth Arts Arise is a free after-school program for students ages 11 to 16. Participants can explore creativity in a wide range of artistic mediums and disciplines. Workshop themes encourage positive self-expression while exploring a multitude of cultures and traditions, embracing diversity while simultaneously working towards a better understanding of individual identity.
The spring 2017 session for our after school arts program will run from March 29th through June 7th (excluding April 18th and 19th). The showcase will take place either on June 13th or 14th. To register, you can either fill in the All LanguagesYAA Form, Spring 2017 or pick one up in person from the office.
