Freeing the Voice and the Self:
Voice, Movement and Soul
with Christine Isherwood and Mali Sastri

Saturday, June 27th
10:30am-4:30pm

The voice is the primary instrument. Sitting between the head and the belly it acts as a direct expression of the self, communicating emotions and thoughts, and serving as a bridge between our inner and outer worlds.

Through guided exploration, improvisatory games, and combined vocal and movement exercises, Christine Isherwood and Mali Sastri lead a workshop grounded in the core components of Voice Movement Therapy, aimed to increase vocal flexibility, dexterity, relaxation, confidence and trust in the power of your own, authentic voice. Bringing their combined years of teaching and performing the two provide a safe, supportive environment for exploration and creativity.

For both seasoned professionals and beginners, and anyone in-between who seeks to experience more freedom in their voice, both physically and psychically.

$100 - reduced rate of $75 for repeat participants as well as on a per-need basis.
