The May Skillshare at the Center for Arts at the Armory - May 18th from 7-9pm!
Join us from 7-8pm for Knitting with Nicole:
Do you want to learn to knit? Did you try a few years ago and haven't picked it up since? This introductory knitting class aims to arm you with the basics of fiber, needles, and types of stitches. You'll learn how to cast on, knit, purl and bind off. A free pattern will be provided to take home.
Followed by Educator Skills for Artists/Crafters with Edie from 8-9pm.
Got skills, want to share them? Educator tips for artists and makers who are new to teaching in informal learning environments, public programs and in classrooms. This workshop is also for artists and Makers who want to improve participant outcomes for their existing teaching artist endeavors.
As usual, these workshops are free and held in the Cafe!
