Local food + local beer: Celebration of Somerville's creative spirit at Aeronaut on Wednesday
There are still some (free) tickets left to the next Creative Somerville Series talk on Wednesday, 5/20 at Aeronaut! We'll be hearing from Colin Davis, one of the founders of Something GUD, on his path to sustainable entrepreneurship AND most of all, we encourage the audience to share their stories and connect before and after the event!
We've just added a food component: a Daily Canteen Bowl from the Somerville Arts Council's own Teagan Lehrmann! Local food purveyor Canteen will be selling a big bowl of local, fresh vegetarian goodness for dinner. Feast on wheatberries and quinoa with black beans, roasted carrots and sweet potatoes, rainbow swiss chard and bok choy topped with either classic tahini or red pepper romesco sauce for $8. Food starts at 6:30 p.m., giving you plenty of time to eat and grab a beer at Aeronaut before the talk begins at 7:15.
RSVP for your free ticket here (space is limited, so it's best to secure your spot in advance): http://www.eventbrite.com/e/rebuilding-the-local-food-system-tickets-16760833103
