I have one space available in our large shared studio at 6 Vernon Street, on the 2nd floor. It is one of
5 spaces in a large room. The available space is about 10’ wide, and 13’ deep.

The studio has windows, but this space is not at the window.
There is some overhead fluorescent lighting, and artists can bring their own additional
lighting.

The space is available starting in Nov. and the rent for this space is
$187/month, which covers rent, electricity, and insurance. The other
artists in the studio are doing painting, printmaking, woven paper, and mixed media.

All artists in the building have the opportunity to participate in Open
Studios at Vernon Street each fall, and in Somerville Open Studios
each May. This year’s fall Open Studio dates are Dec 6-7.

I am looking for an artist who does plan to participate in the open studios,
since it’s a better draw for the studio, if all of us are showing.
