SOMERVILLE ARTIST SPACE AVAILABLE
Hello. Somerville Arts community.
I’d like to let you know there is an space opportunity that looks pretty good and we were told by the landlord that they would welcome studio artists.
The unit is 8-12 Main Street in Winter Hill. Here is more of a description:
The unit occupies the entire front above a liquor store and has great lighting. The unit consists of the larger, tiled room that is about 500 square feet plus two smaller rooms which are about 200 square feet each.
Unit also has a working kitchen, bathroom, and HVAC is all up to date. It is accessible by the front through a stairwell and a back second stairwell. As for abutters, no major issue with retail tenants on the ground floor. The other residential tenants on the second floor have Bible study three days a week, but nothing too major.
In terms of leasing, the owner is flexible with leasing. Ideally, would like $1000 a month gross and a longer-term lease. Utilities are all negotiable.
