SOMERVILLE FOODIE CRAWL - September 16, 2014
On NEXT TUESDAY 9/16 (raindate 9/17) East Somerville Main Streets, is seeking volunteers for the East Broadway Foodie Crawl - a tasting event inside 15+ restaurants.

Come take a cultural crawl through the East Somerville restaurant corridor and discover Somerville's best kept culinary secrets - and do it as a volunteer to get a free ticket! As a volunteer, when you are not working your shift, you will receive an event bracelet that will let you enter 15+ restaurants and receive a tasting of their cuisine!
The authentic foods will take you straight to the sights and smells of Ethiopia, the tastes of El Salvador, and the colors of Haiti. Join the thousands who come and eat their way through this showcase of ethnic cuisine. Over a dozen restaurants, representing five continents, will once again throw open their doors to hordes of Boston-area foodies. This year will feature a new entry, East Somerville's recently opened La Brasa and their wood-fired eats.
East Somerville is 1/2 block from the Sullivan Square T Stop - and close to 93.
VOLUNTEER ROLES:
Set up group 1: 3:00-5:00pm
Help set up tents, tables, check in material etc.
Check in: 5:15-7:00pm
Help check in attendees, exchanging tickets for bracelets.
Servers: 5:45-7:00pm, 7:00-8:30pm
Help a local business by serving food
