Looking for a Somerville artist to design an award to be given to a member of the dance community for their service and contribution.

This year's recipient of the Dr. Michael Shannon Dance Champion award is Dance Collective (with 3 individuals representing: Judith Chaffee, Martha Armstrong Gray, and Dawn Kramer).

We are looking for an award that is classy, made with glass, metal, or other sculptural material. Our benefit is April 11, so the deadline would be before then. Since we are awarding 3 individuals this year, we would need 3 copies of the same award personalized with each name somewhere. In the past we have made a framed award and have decided this year we want to go a different route (more three-dimensional).

Our budget is $50 per award.
