SPECIMEN DAYS: PAINTINGS by Sarah Lubin will be on exhibit in the SCATV Gallery in November and December. Lubin works in oil, acrylic, water color. She favors a subdued pallet but will on occasion incorporate a bold stroke of color. Sarah Lubin’s paintings tell stories about people engaged in everyday activities (thinking, shopping, stretching etc). Her use of color, shadow and light bring her subjects to life and convey sense of anticipation.
Sarah Lubin’s interview with Janet Cormier, ART AT SCATV Host, airs on Tuesdays, 6:30 PM on Channel 3 or online.
SCATV Gallery is located at 90 Union Square, Somerville, MA. Gallery hours are Monday thru Thursday Noon – 10:00 PM, Friday & Saturday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and closed on Sundays and holidays
