Storied Nights in Somerville
Saturday, March 23 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Bloc 11 Cafe in Union Square (11 Bow Street)
A spoken word show that bring together writers and storytellers
Storied nights is a series of two spoken word shows, on March 23rd and April 6th, both 7-9pm at Bloc 11 Cafe in Union Square (11 Bow Street, Somerville). The series is hosted by Daniel Gewertz and brings together some of the area's finest prose writers and storytellers, two breeds of wordsmiths not usually seen on the same stage.
March 23rd you will see Stephen McCauley and Andrew Goldstein, storytellers Katie Liesener and Michael Mack, memorist Daniel Gewertz & songwriter Thea Hopkins.
April 6th look forward to Novelist Elizabeth Searle, memoirist Daniel Gewertz, Ethan Gilsdorf & Elaine Mar, & storytellers Randy Ross & Judah Leblang.
The town of Somerville is bound to be a topic in several of the tales!
