SOMERVILLE ART AUCTION AT THE AMORY - April 5, 2013
Groundwork Somerville is looking for art for a silent auction at our annual Gala on Friday, April 5th from 7-10pm at the Center for the Arts at the Armory.

Each year in the late winter/early spring, Groundwork Somerville hosts a celebration to highlight its accomplishments and to raise funds which help keep operations functioning during what is typically a funding lull. A highlight of the gala is the silent art auction. Photographs, fine art, clothing and accessories are just a sample of previous work that has been sold. By submitting to our silent art auction, Artists gain exposure to approximately 140 people from a cross section of our community: longtime advocates, new community members, local government, large, small and independent business owners, to name a few.
The default proceed share is 50/50 to artist/creator and Groundwork Somerville. Artists may choose to donate 100% of the proceeds to GWS. The Silent Auction coordinator will begin dispersing proceeds within seven days of the gala.
