Artisan's Asylum is a 40,000 square foot, nonprofit public access workshop. We combine public access to high end manufacturing equipment with private studio space, project storage space, and a huge set of craft education classes. Our mission is to promote and enable creative expression through the making of things, for the hobbyist and professional alike. Community members should be able to do everything from pursue their favorite hobby to start their own manufacturing business from scratch in our facility.

Artisan's Asylum is immediately hiring for a full time Facilities Manager position. This person is responsible for maintaining our public-access workshops (which include machine shops, woodworking shops, welding shops, electronics areas, and more) and rental areas. We're looking for someone who's excited to help maintain and support a rich community of artists, engineers, craftsmen, and hobbyists alike.
