What: "Nibble" is a new Web site about food & culture in Union Sq. and beyond
Who: This is a Somerville Arts Council ArtsUnion initiative produced with our ArtsUnion partners SCATV

The Nibble Menu: You'll find how-to cooking videos, recipes, stories about food, culture & art, local food news, photos -- plus video interviews with the people who make Union Square so flavorful
Why: Food is a great common denominator; it gets people from different ethnic backgrounds talking. Through our ArtsUnion Market Tours, we've found that food tells endless stories about cultural identity. "Nibble" is just an appetizer. We hope it inspires you to eat your way through Union Square; in this way, it also spurs cultural economic development, the goal of our ArtsUnion project.
