SOMERVILLE GALLERY EXHIBITION - November 16-18, 2007
Discover fine art & fabulous accents for your home and body at Olive Square Studios, 285 Washington Street this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
At this event, come celebrate the grand opening of L'Atelier Francais, the painting and drawing studio of Lucile Chaurin Ablanedo who recently moved here from France. Lucile works mostly in oils and has some wonderful still life paintings to show. She'll be traveling in December so be sure to see her work now! She'll be joined by fine artist Gaye Korbet, whose oil paintings of people swimming are so realistic you'll want to dive right in.
For accents, try on some colorful, globally inspired accessories at Beadventurous Jewelry, which will be offering a special "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" on all earrings, necklaces and bracelets...oh my! Stock up for the holidays.
Then wander down the hall to Moroccan Caravan, filled with unique handmade items from Morocco; there will be a sale on pillows and plates, great items for holiday and hostess gifts.

If you're attending other open studios events this weekend, Olive Square Studios is just a 3 minute drive from Brickbottom, just up the road from the Sherman Cafe.
