OPERETTA SCENES AND ARIAS - June 21, 2007
Mass Theatrica presents Operetta Scenes and Arias, the first concert in their 2007 Summer Series, on Thursday, June 21, 2007, 7:30 PM, at LynnArts in The Neal Rantoul Vault Theatre, 25 Exchange Street, Lynn, MA.
Come and enjoy some wonderful classics! The first half of the program will feature selections from Gilbert and Sullivan operettas such as HMS Pinafore, The Mikado, Pirates of Penzance and The Sorcerer. The second half of the program will feature German and American Operetta by such composers as Strauss, Lehar, Herbert and Romberg. The selections will be performed by a talented cast of artists, which includes singers, Michael Belle, Kaori Emery, Karen Fanale, Meredith Lavine, Stephanie Mann, Sanjay Merchant, Paul Shafer, Angeliki Theoharis, Stanley Wilson, Stephannie Workman and Karla Kelly, piano.
Admission is $15 and $13 seniors and students. There is free on-street parking and a parkingf lot behind LynnArts. The theatre is wheel chair accessible.
