FLOWERS UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL - April 21, 2007

While enchanted by the beauty of flowers, we humans may forget that the real function of these magnificent structures is to aid in the reproduction of the plant. During this program we will discuss the kinds of plants that produce flowers; we will examine, dissect, and learn the parts of real flowers; and we will look at plants in flower on the Reservation. Wear shoes for walking off-path.
