I am very excited to announce I will be having a solo show of my
paintings at Harbor Gallery, UMass-Boston, March 26 - April 13. For
those of you who have been asking where you can see my flag paintings,
here is your answer! The show, RECLAIMING THE FLAG, will consist
exclusively of my American flag series. It promises to be a very
powerful show. From the press release... "In collages of torn paper,
painted in red, white and blue acrylics, Sherrill has reshaped the flag
in 20 fierce yet respectful images that correspond, as she says, to
